About the role
We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our Infrastructure Team. You will help build a stable, efficient, and scalable runtime platform to support the ongoing evolution of our core products, including the imToken wallet.
As an SRE at imToken, you’ll focus on system availability, performance, security, and observability. You'll leverage automation to reduce manual intervention, increase deployment efficiency, and improve operational resilience. Every optimization and improvement you make will have a direct impact on user experience and the stability of our products—laying the technical foundation for business growth.
You’ll work closely with engineering, operations, and security teams to drive architecture improvements, standardize processes, and solve challenges around system stability and scalability—helping us build a more reliable global infrastructure.
What you'll be doing
Deploy, maintain, and monitor blockchain infrastructure components
Build, maintain, and improve observability systems (monitoring, logging, alerting) to detect and respond to anomalies
Enhance deployment efficiency and recovery through automation tools and workflows (e.g., CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code)
Drive performance tuning, security hardening, and capacity planning; contribute to architecture evolution and service governance
Collaborate with engineering and product teams in design reviews and release processes, ensuring operational readiness and stability
Maintain system documentation and incident reports; lead post-mortem analysis and drive continuous improvements
What we look for in you
Solid computer science fundamentals, proficient in Linux, networking protocols, and system performance tuning
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiar with monitoring/logging/alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Alertmanager), and skilled in incident response
Experience with microservice architecture and service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio) for traffic control, observability, and security
Experience managing messaging systems (e.g., Kafka) in high-availability environments
Self-motivated and eager to learn, with an eye on emerging technologies and trends
Strong sense of ownership, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
What are nice to have
Active in the tech community, with open-source contributions on GitHub or blog posts sharing technical insights
Hands-on experience with blockchain infrastructure (e.g., Ethereum node management, wallet backend services, transaction broadcasting)
Prior experience leading SRE/DevOps initiatives or managing team-based infrastructure projects
