What you'll be doing

• Build and manage robust, scalable and delightful products that align with company mission

• Develop a deep understanding of blockchain industry trend and competitive landscape; discover insights and identify opportunities to develop competitive products to drive growth

• Clearly define product objectives, value propositions, scope, milestones and success metrics. Document requirements and acceptance criteria to ship the right products 

• Exercise good product thinking and judgment to manage product development and lifecycle, coordinate teams and resources and follow through from ideation, development, testing, release management and rollout  

• Own and track product success metrics, manage product feedback loop for improvement

What we look for in you

• 5+ years' experience of working as a Product Manager in mobile applications, software development or internet industry 

• A solid understanding of Product and Design Thinking methodologies

• Experience in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

• Significant in developing product and marketing strategies and effectively communicating recommendations to executive management

• Strong problem solving skills and high sense of responsibility

• Strong ability of working effectively with cross functional teams/stakeholder management on site and remotely

• Honest, clear-minded, self-driven, team player, and always eager to learn

What are nice to have

• Passion, knowledge and activities on blockchain ecosystem

• Experience in mulit-national corporations and fluent in two or more languages

• Hold crypto assets in decentralized blockchains and active users of DeFi
