About the role

Tokenlon, serving as imToken's decentralized trading platform, is a decentralized exchange and payment settlement protocol based on blockchain technology. Originating in 2017, Tokenlon’s vision is to evolve into an infrastructure for decentralized payment services, facilitating real-time payment and settlement across various networks and tokens.

We are seeking a talented Product Manager to drive the development and execution of innovative features that enhance Tokenlon’s trading efficiency and user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi), blockchain technology, and product lifecycle management, with a proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable product strategies. What you'll be doing

• Define and execute Tokenlon’s product vision, aligning with market needs and company goals

• Conduct competitive analysis, track DeFi trends, and gather user insights to inform product decisions

• Oversee end-to-end feature development, from ideation to launch, focusing on enhancing DEX liquidity aggregation, pricing mechanisms, and transaction efficiency

• Work closely with engineering, design, business, and crypto partners to build high-impact solutions

• Utilize analytics and performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize user engagement

• Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks and mitigate risks associated with decentralized trading

Skills and Qualifications

• 5 years of product management experience, ideally in blockchain, fintech, or DeFi.

• Strong grasp of DeFi trading, DEX mechanics, and liquidity aggregation strategies.

• Experience with user research, product lifecycle management, and go-to-market
  strategies.

• Familiarity with smart contracts and tokenomics is a plus.

• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly experiences.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

What is nice to have (Optional)

• Prior experience working with crypto exchanges, wallet providers, or DeFi protocols.

• Hands-on experience in on-chain data analytics and growth optimization for DeFi platforms.

• Understanding of governance frameworks, particularly DAO governance in blockchain ecosystems.
