About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to take daily payment to the next level by leveraging blockchain technology. This role will significantly contribute to the company's mission by developing, launching, and growing payment initiatives, including our e-wallet payment product based on distributed ledger technology and token-enabled payment card products. You will be responsible for creating product value propositions, driving the product development process, and working with cross-functional teams to bring the product to the market. You will also play a key role in business negotiations and partnerships, ensuring the successful launch and growth of the product. While the role may outline specific responsibilities, we are truly looking for individuals who transcend boundaries and focus on achieving impactful outcomes. What you'll be doing

• Formulate product value propositions leveraging distributed ledger technology, robust and scalable partner integrations and forward-thinking user interface.

• Develop and launch payment use cases involving and leveraging tokens and blockchains, inhouse or with partners.

• Spearhead competitive product offerings that fulfill regulatory compliance and user experience.

• Lead the development of the product roadmap and ensure that it aligns with overall company goals.

• Work closely with external partners and internal teams to design solutions, oversee integrations, uphold quality and deliver to market successfully.

• Drive the product launch, including go-to-market activities and market positioning.

• Identify and prioritize key business and technical requirements for the product.

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and customer needs.

• Engage with key stakeholders and partners to negotiate and secure partnerships that support the growth of the product.

• Drive business results by ensuring the product effectively meets market demands and delivers measurable success.

• Continuously monitor and analyze product performance to identify opportunities for improvement and drive product innovation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success to ensure continuous growth of the product.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, engineering, computer science).

• Strong knowledge of the e-wallet payment landscape and trends in distributed ledger technology in Singapore and Asia.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling payment products.

• Experience with agile development methodologies and product development lifecycles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.

• Conversant in Mandarin.

• UX design thinking to solve pain points of both users and merchants.

• Technical product management: Specifically API, system architecture, QR schema, blockchain
