About the role

As the HR Generalist for imToken, you’ll work across a broad spectrum of HR functions from operations to employee experience while receiving coaching from our HR Manager. This role blends business partnering with operational oversight, ensuring HR initiatives are aligned with business goals while maintaining excellence in core HR processes. As a lean team, we require our HR talent who can seamlessly bridge strategic intent with operational execution. This crossover enables agility: the role not only advises on workforce strategy but also ensures that foundational processes are executed with precision!

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for Singapore-based employees to advise on people matters. 

  • Partner with managers to identify talent needs and lead end-to-end recruitment for Singapore roles.

  • Conduct onboarding sessions and coordinate integration efforts for new hires.

  • Support organizational initiatives such as engagement programs, leadership development, and change management.

  • Oversee HR operations for both Singapore and Taiwan and for the Taiwan scope, it is limited to HR operations only (not HRBP responsibilities).

  • Manage payroll, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, work passes, and employee records.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and liaise with external vendors as needed.

  • Work with Hub HR on the implementation of company-wide HR policies, frameworks, and talent standards.

  • Other related job tasks as assigned by the leaders.

Skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Min 5 years of HR experience, with exposure to both HRBP and HR operations.

  • Familiarity with Singapore’s work pass regulations and employment laws.

  • Strong knowledge of payroll and employee lifecycle processes.

  • Strong communication skills and a growth mindset.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet task deadlines.

  • Detail oriented, organized, self-initiative and collaborative.

  • Conversant in Mandarin is preferred.

What are nice to have

  • Familiarity with the crypto or blockchain industry, especially in areas like digital wallets, decentralized exchanges (DEX), or Web3 ecosystems.

  • Comfort working in a tech-driven, fast-evolving environment where innovation and experimentation are part of the culture.
